Samuel est diplômé en Commerce option marketing de l’Université Concordia.
Il possède plus de 15 années en publicité-marketing (planification et achat média, recherche média, recherche marketing et médias interactifs).

Pendant son temps en agence chez MBS, Cossette et Draft, il a travaillé les comptes de grands et petits annonceurs, en planification et achats média, traditionnels et interactifs.

En 2000, Samuel fonde Summum Web Média, une régie publicitaire Internet et magazines. En 2003, il enseigne « Publicité et nouvelles technologies » à l’Université de Montréal et continue de donner des formations à cet et d’autres universités. En 2004, Samuel lance sa consultation Titan Interactif qu’il opère toujours aujourd’hui.

Depuis 2005, il est D.G. Internet pour Corus Québec gérant les ventes, le contenu et le développement.

De plus, il assure la direction régional d’IAB Canada au Québec depuis 2001. Il siège aussi au C.A. national d’IAB Canada depuis 2003.
